Gavitec AG - mobile digit’s technology used to read two-dimensional codes from mobile phone displays is based on machine vision technology for industrial 2d code reading.

Thanks to a high-resolution video camera with CMOS sensor and specialized code reading algorithms, our code readers allow automatic detection of 2d codes sent as MMS (Multimedia Message Service), EMS (Enhanced Message Service) or Picture Message (Smart Message) to any compatible mobile phones. Equipped with a high-speed digital signal processor (DSP), they read codes with extreme accuracy and rapidity.

Our products are designed to be easily integrated as OEM modules into 3rd party solutions or to be used as stand-alone solutions for innovative marketing campaigns – offering customers immense business opportunities.

Gavitec AG - mobile digit’s products are easy to use and require minimal human interaction. They work with several host systems like terminals or access control systems, and cooperate with large databases. More than that, they can even process codes, print vouchers and carry out executions.
